the staff at this small hotel is incredibly friendly and nice. the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Santillana del Mar. 3. It is conveniently located near Plaza Mayor de Ramon y Pelayo.

Location : the hotel was really close to the old town centre where there is a plenty of bars and restaurants to relax and sample tapas or traditional dishes, a prime tourist destination and the square.

hotel was quirky, perfect services, and it had amazing location on ferry from the uk. location: the property was just off the nice old town, the various caves that can be visited in the region, and the historic centre. also, the distance to cave of altamira was only 1 km.

The room here is spacious and cozy, with a large bathroom featuring a bathtub.

The hotel has no lift. And the carpets and bathrooms are very old and dirty.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in Santillana del Mar, had much fun. Only 5 min walk to downtown. Room was good value.

The hotel is adjacent to the town but is located on a nice public park where there is plenty of car parking. The staff were obliging.

The double bed was hard and uncomfotable. The shower screen was old and constantly jammed. The shower head was broken.

Sloped ceilings on the top floor, watch out! No air conditioning, had to open the window making the room less dark.

The location here is wonderful, just a short distance from the Cave of Altamira.
